PRESS RELEASE
Event area development

With an increase of more than 1 million households in the Netherlands, the housing demand will increase enormously in the coming years. This brings many challenges, including those of inner city building. For this reason PT Finance, DHK Tax & Legal and Straatman Koster lawyers organize the thematic event on area development ‘Inner city challenges’ on Thursday 4 October from 12.30 to 17.00 hrs at Kasteel de Haar in Haarzuilens. Professionals such as Desiree Uitzetter (Director Area Development BPD), Lennert Middelkoop (Director of Urban Development & Economy at the Municipality of Utrecht), Friso de Zeeuw (ao lawyer, project developer and director) and Michelle van Amerongen (administrative advisor for Economic Affairs of Arnhem), give tips and tricks about these inner city challenges. Geurt van Randeraat (Director SITE area development) acts as chairman at this meeting. How can inner cities be transformed into livable, energy-neutral and easily accessible cities? Who do you work with, what tools and programs have already been developed and how do you use them? These and other topics are discussed during the meeting on Thursday 4 October at Kasteel de Haar.
