Did you know how innovative the Dutch are in the construction of student accommodation and apartments for young people undergoing vocational training?

As part of the Euregio project ‘Real Estate without Borders’, the project participants organized on June 4th a tour of two particularly successful and extraordinary projects in Amsterdam city centre. It relates to student accommodation (Student Experience) and accommodation for young people (Change=) undergoing vocational training.

During the tour the participants have seen that projects like these can be sources of ideas for projects in Germany, the German landowners and communities have get to known Dutch operators and collaborated with them and the investors might found new opportunities to operate on both sides of the border.
