HPP about the future of the office market

The Dutch office market, the flagship of institutional investors in the Netherlands, has suffered some damage with the past crises. Think of rising vacancy rates in non-prime locations in particular, hybrid forms of work that have made their appearance, nitrogen, political indecision and changing user demands.

Offices are still the Goldilocks in investment portfolios, but what does the future look like? We don’t have a crystal ball, but at the roundtable meeting on Wednesday 12 April, we are going to point a way forward. Frank Verwoerd, Head of Research at CBRE Netherlands, will take us through this.

In addition, we will take a look behind the scenes at Deka Immobilien Investment; Locke McKenzie, Global Tenant Relations Offices, will explain Deka’s strategy with regard to anticipating hybrid forms of work and the design of offices to changed user requirements. The presentations and discussions will take place in English.

When: Wednesday 12 April
Time: 17.30h walk-in, 18.00h start meeting with diner
