HPP Round Table Meeting about flex housing and its regulation

Many housing projects risk stalling. Can things be done differently or is delay the only option? Jurgen Arts takes you into the world of flex housing and industrial construction. As an expert on flex housing, Jurgen is a member of the Expertteam Woningbouw RVO and known for his approach of “zand tot klant” in nine months.

With appealing practical examples such as Aartshertogenlaan and STEK De Groote Wielen, he will show you the possibilities of still being able to start projects or set up new ones differently. And, of course on the agenda, his favorite subject sustainability. He will be happy to discuss with you the opportunities and threats of his vision and approach.

In the second part of the meeting, we will give you an update on the physical and financial guarantees for flex housing under development. Jeroen Hatenboer will moderate the meeting.

About the round table meetings
In a time when so many changes are taking place in our sector, we are increasingly getting the need to make our voices heard (and that does not automatically imply an opposing voice.) Despite the fact that it is sometimes difficult to make time to engage with fellow decision-makers, the need is often there. A discussion, sector-wide, about the challenges we face, may give a different perspective. Therefore, we organize round table discussions (with a limited number of members) where we can talk and discuss issues that concern us. If relevant we will report the outcome.
