Fortunately, the strict Covid measures are also fading in Germany and the EXPO REAL on 11 – 13 October seems to have the green light. With insight into the possibilities of participation and stand construction we decided to reserve our orange HPP stand in the familiar hall A2!

Of course, there will be restrictions such as a maximum number of visitor in the halls and stands and we are obliged to serve in person (and therefore do not have an open bar). To keep everything running smoothly and prevent uncontrolled visitors, we have a stand proposal based on 3 closed sides (see photo). This way we create the best conditions for good conversation opportunities for our co-exhibitors.

Targeted conversations by appointment
At the HPP stand, all available desks have 4 seats, divided by splash screens in the middle. In addition, there will be very limited space for one-on-one conversations. As usual at the HPP booth, free seating for visitors will not be available this year. Targeted conversations with max 4 people at your table (preferably by appointment) will be the main focus. So be aware that it is not wise to come to the EXPO with a large delegation.

‘Dependent on the possibilities in October we will organize the traditional Investor Dinner and the Ice-breaking Dinner. Certain is that both dinners will be on a smaller scale and we will have to be more selective with invitations.’

HPP stand packages
We offer our co-exhibitors three different stand packages based on place and number of seats (four or eight seats). Several HPP members already reserved their seats and will join us in Munich.
