Holland Property Plaza welcomes Hanneke Diephuis (Director and concept developer) of SENSE Vastgoed as a new member of the HPP Community. We have known Hanneke for a long time since this year will be the 10th time she will join us for HPBike. As one of the first female bikers, she set the tone for other female real estate decision-makers to join our cycling event.

However, not only on the bike Hanneke represents women in real estate. With a team of mostly women, SENSE Vastgoed holds a top position in real estate as it relates to supervising development projects. Their strategy is to sit with the parties concerned as early as possible in the development process. In this way, they find out exactly what their wishes are with regard to the home; the surface area, the layout, the environment, the facilities, but also the lifestyle and income of the future buyers. After the customer has decided to buy, Sense Vastgoed is guiding the new clients during the construction of the project. Managing the customer’s expectations while realizing the extra wishes is a strong point in the history of Sense Vastgoed.

Hanneke and team will join our HPP-REDA Community, a community for foreign and local developers and advisors (architects, engineers, financial- and project services, etc.).
