We will soon depart to Munich to visit the EXPO REAL from 11 – 13 October. This year, HPP will cooperate with our partner Standort-Niederrhein and we will have a desk and several time slots in the speaking cabins at their stand in hall B1.

In advance, we would like to inform you about the Corona-related access requirements for exhibitors. Access to EXPO REAL 2021 is only possible in compliance with the 3G rule. This means for you as an exhibitor, you will be granted access to EXPO REAL 2021 during the exhibition period with:

• a digital proof of complete vaccination
• OR digital proof of recovery from a covid-19 illness that occurred no longer than 180 days and no shorter than 28 days ago
• OR digital evidence of a negative rapid antigen test, a negative PCR test or a negative rapid on-site antigen test carried out no more than 24 hours ago.

AND

• a registration of contact details
• the permanent wearing of a medical mask

Order your exhibitor passes with us
Please let us know if we have to order your exhibitor passes (with a discount). Have you already requested them via us? We are in the progress of ordering the vouchers. Soon you will receive the online vouchers with which you can order your tickets.

If you already have your exhibitor passes, you can personalise your exhibitor passes now and upload the 3G proofs in advance. This way, your exhibitor passes will be activated immediately and you can enter the fair on-site without any further checks.
