NS Stations is the NS business unit that engages in both real estate asset management and the development of new and existing train station locations, and on operational real estate management and hospitality/retail development at transport hubs.
NS Stations focuses on all the activities in and around railway stations. Developing, operating and managing station locations requires vision. Vision addressing the problem of accessibility and a vision of the contribution versatile and attractive station locations can make to its solution. A vision of the economic significance of a strong city identity and the role the rail station can play in this. And a clear understanding of our customers’ requirements. It is only from such a broad perspective that we can take optimum advantage of the station area opportunities.
