Stichting Cokopen has developed an innovative solution (‘Cokopen’) for providing mid-income households with affordable housing. Recently the Cokopen-team started to introduce Cokopen to municipalities, housing cooperatives and developers. With the aim to realize the first 100 Cokoop-houses by the end of 2023.
