HPP about the role and vision of Belgian investors, architects and developers on the Dutch market

  General news, HPP-IREIN & Finance

On 14 September, there was a highly informative evening about the role and vision of Belgian investors, architects and developers on the Dutch market. An illustrious group from Belgium was present, including Frédéric Van der Planken (CEO of Whitewood), Nic de Roeck (general director BESIX Netherlands) and Jorden Goossenaerts (CEO of CONIX RDBM Architects).

The importance of Belgian investors in the Dutch real estate market was supported by a prior thorough financial-economic analysis by Maud Visschedijk (Head of Equity, Debt & Structured Finance EMEA at Cushman Wakefield).

For the company of senior executives present as listeners (decision-makers from Amvest, AXA Investment Managers, De Zwarte Hond, Garbe, ICN & OZ, among others), the presentations proved to be an eye-opener. After our southern neighbours had highlighted their vision of the Dutch market, including a thoughtful view of sustainable developments and future opportunities, there was an animated discussion about the Belgian portfolios in the Netherlands and their share in the Dutch development market. As always usual at HPP meetings, the necessary business contacts were again made.

A typical high-quality meeting of HPP, with top players from the Dutch real estate market coming into direct contact with select foreign professionals.
