HPP REDA

HPP REDA

HPP REDA is a relatively new initiative by Holland Property Plaza, part of the HPP Community. Since HPP founded the successful Platform HPP-IREIN for foreign investors, asset managers and property fund managers the need for a separate working platform for developers and advisors is growing in the HPP Community.

These market parties fulfil an important role in the real estate chain, but due to their different position in the total market chain, they mainly do not finance real estate projects. Therefore HPP preferred to establish a separate platform for this group of companies in the real estate industry. As the Platforms HPP-IREIN and HPP-REDA have many common interests HPP intend to organise on a regular base joint meetings for both Platforms.

Holland Property Plaza (HPP) has taken the initiative to establish a network for developers and advisors under the name of HPP Real Estate Developers and Advisors, or HPP-REDA. With this network Holland Property Plaza aims to create a bigger audience for foreign and local developers and advisors in the Netherlands. The new HPP network enables these valued market players to be heard and equally provides a means by which they can be approached.

The objectives of HPP-REDA are:

  • to promote the exchange of knowledge between real estate developers and advisors in the Netherlands
  • to promote a means of addressing regional and national government and politicians, thereby acting as a promoter of the interests of these community members
  • to advance synergy between participating parties in the Dutch market, HPP Community participants, developers and advisors.

HPP Calendar 2019

It gives us great pleasure to announce the HPP Annual Programme for 2019

As last year the HPP theme for 2019 will be “Connecting Networks, Sharing Knowledge” which was and still is our main challenge and goal, not only in the Netherlands but also cross-border in Europe.

Community members can again look forward to a series of Round Table meetings and networking events. Naturally we shall also participate in Expo Real in Munich (7-9 October 2019) and we again invite participants and other business relations to take part in the HPBike tour (20-22 June 2019) and several other exciting events which we have planned for 2019. We ask our community members to pay extra attention to the upcoming HPP Pitch- and Matchmaking day  17th of September.

We intend to pay a considerable amount of attention to ‘Circularity and Sustainability’, which we believe will continue to be a hot topic in the years to come, and one which we aim to put into a much broader perspective than simply that of a building or the constructed environment surrounding it. Sustainability begins with a long-term (business) relationship and extends far beyond to include all aspects of living, residing and working.

During its 12th year in operation, HPP intends to focus on each of these aspects. A year, moreover, in which we plan to further expand and reinforce our network and integrate the independent societies of NVA and GSVB.

7th edition of Holland Property Bike 14-16 June Sneek-Groningen-Sneek

Sneek – Groningen – Sneek and about  200 – 300 kilometers of cycling

Starting in Sneek, the 2018 Holland Property Bike Tour (HPP Bike), takes the participants through the Province of Friesland with the many lakes, a part of Drenthe and his Mooreland and Groningen, the most Northern Dutch province. For the overnight stay we visit the City of Groningen, capital of the province (200.000 inhabitants). The next day the cyclists will follow a more northern route back to the City of Sneek to the finish.  This pretty much sums up the programme for the 7th Holland Property Bike Tour.

HPP Bike tour is an annual cycling event  for  professionals at decision making level of the real estate sector. With the still growing interesthttp://www.hollandpropertyplaza.eu/activities/hpbike/ for this sportive HPP event, we increased the number of cyclists for 2018 up to maximal 65 participants. HPP IREIN & REDA Round Table Meeting Amsterdam

Every year Holland Property Plaza organises a number of small, private meetings for directors and decision-makers from the HPP Community and other guests.

The intimate atmosphere and private nature of these meetings enables participants to exchange thoughts on the basis of equality. It also gives those present an opportunity to openly discuss a wide range of issues amongst each other and with HPP.  Over the years, the Dutch Minister for Housing, high-ranking government officials and aldermen have often graced us with their presence at these meetings.

Absolute nonsense, as research shows!”

10 years HPP !

After 10 years of networking, Holland Property Plaza is about to celebrate its first Anniversary.
We certainly intent to look back on the past 10 years, but what we really want is to consider the future with our guests  and to listen to their opinions on issues that affect us all.
